2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories.
a) Account and Profile Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, profile image, and account identifiers. We also store workspace and team membership data, along with session metadata such as your IP address and user agent.
b) Integration and Product Data
When you connect integrations such as GitHub, GitLab, or Slack, we may process organization and workspace identifiers, repository metadata, and activity data related to pull requests, issues, releases, and other events. We also store connection and scope metadata, encrypted tokens needed to maintain integration access, and webhook payloads required to process and debug events.
c) Billing Information
If you use paid features, billing and subscription processing is handled by Stripe. We receive subscription state and billing identifiers (such as customer and subscription IDs) from Stripe, but we do not receive or store full payment card numbers.
d) Communications
If you submit a contact, demo, feedback, or support form, we collect the information you provide, including message content, your email address, and optional context metadata such as the page URL and user agent.
e) Usage, Analytics, and Diagnostics
We collect product analytics events through Google Analytics and error and performance diagnostics through Sentry. Sentry data may include device type, browser, IP address, route, request metadata, and technical error context.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and secure the Service, authenticate users, manage workspaces, sync integrations, and process operational events. We also use information to deliver product features, notifications, and support responses, process subscriptions, enforce entitlements, monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, and improve the Service. We may also use information to comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
4. How We Share Information
We share information only as needed for business operations. Our service providers include infrastructure and hosting providers, Stripe for billing and subscription management, Resend for transactional email delivery, Google Analytics for usage analytics, Sentry for error monitoring and diagnostics, and GitHub, GitLab, and Slack when users connect those integrations.
We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent, in connection with mergers, financing, or business transfers, to comply with law, legal process, or valid government requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Service.
5. No Sale or Advertising Share
We do not sell personal information and do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. If we materially change this practice, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any required notices or choices under applicable law.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service. Session cookies are used to authenticate your session and maintain login state; these are essential for the Service to function. Google Analytics sets cookies to collect usage data such as pages visited, referral source, and session duration. You can opt out of Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Sentry may use local storage or similar mechanisms to correlate error reports across page loads.
We do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking. Most browsers allow you to control or block cookies through settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from using the Service.
7. Data Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy. Account, workspace, and integration records are retained for the life of the account or workspace. Webhook payload records and application and security logs are retained for up to 60 days. Support, contact, demo, and feedback submissions may be retained up to 24 months. Billing and transaction records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting, tax, and legal compliance.
If you request deletion of your data, we begin deletion from active systems immediately after verification. Backup systems may retain copies for up to 35 days before routine overwrites complete. In limited cases, we may retain specific records as required by law, regulatory obligations, tax or accounting requirements, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
8. Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. These include access controls, encryption in transit, and monitoring. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately at [email protected].
9. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We process verified deletion requests as described in the Data Retention section above.
You can disconnect integrations through your workspace settings and manage notification preferences in-app.
